Therefore, regardless of whether "Made in" France or the U.S.A. displays on the packaging, the perfume composition is, for the same product, identical, regardless of where the product is purchased.

BEST ANSWER: The first time that you use your BLEU DE CHANEL Eau de Toilette Spray, you will need to lightly press the top spray nozzle until it can get enough fragrance and pressure to spray.
