CHANEL denounces all forms of racism, discrimination and violence and stands in solidarity with all communities who experience the reality of racism across the United States and around the world.
As a company, we are committed to a culture of trust, respect and inclusion. We know we still have more to do, and we are accelerating our work toward achieving meaningful results around diversity and inclusion.
Through the Fondation CHANEL, we have long supported organizations that uplift the leadership of women and girls of color, and those that work to fight injustice and build a more equitable and inclusive world. We are passionately dedicated to supporting our partners in their mission to eliminate systemic racism in our society.
Further to this work, we have allocated $1 million this year as part of a multi-year commitment supporting people of color–led grassroots organizations dedicated to advancing racial justice work in our country. This fund will provide organizations serving diverse communities with flexible micro-grants and technical assistance.
In addition, we are supporting and amplifying the social change efforts and engagement of our employees by double-matching all financial donations made to racial justice organizations.
Today and tomorrow, we are committed to helping create a more equitable society – one that not only accepts, but truly celebrates all of our differences.
