COMPLETE CHECKOUT
Enter your details and finalise your purchase. Your payment will be processed once your order is available for pickup.

COLLECT YOUR PIECES
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the 173 New Bond Street Watches and Fine Jewellery boutique.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Watches and Fine Jewellery orders are typically ready within 2-5 business days, subject to product availability and approval. Please do not arrive at the boutique until you are notified that your order is ready for pickup.
You will need to show proof of ID alongside your order confirmation notification.
Once your order is ready for pickup, please collect it within 30 days. If you need more time, please call the 173 New Bond Street Watches and Fine Jewellery boutique at +44 20 7499 0005.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you may designate someone to do so on your behalf. Email the boutique at watchesandfinejewellery@chanel.com and provide that person’s legal name ahead of time. The delegated person must show proof of ID alongside your order confirmation email.
