Finally, make sure to keep enough space between your pieces in your closet to avoid any friction or colour transfer, in particular with denims and leathers.

The embroidery on your garment is among one of the most delicate details. When transporting it, avoid folding on the embroidery. This way, you will not risk damaging it, marking the cloth or breaking the threads, sequins or other elements. Store your embroidered garment in its cover, place it flat, ensuring it is not weighed down by other pieces.

Para conservar la calidad y la forma de su calzado, guárdelo en su embalaje original, asegurándose de volver a colocar los hormas de papel de seda que se encuentran dentro del calzado, y déjelo airearse.

Guárdelo en un lugar seco, alejado de la humedad y de fuertes variaciones de temperatura.

En el caso de los slingbacks, evite utilizar hormas que puedan ejercer demasiada presión, especialmente en la correa trasera.

Piel suave: recomendamos aplicar un betún neutro una vez al mes, preferiblemente incoloro para evitar manchas, especialmente en el calzado bicolor. Aplíquelo mediante suaves movimientos circulares y abrillante la piel con un paño suave, limpio y sin teñir.

Piel efecto charol: limpie el calzado efecto charol mediante movimientos suaves y circulares utilizando una esponja suave y no abrasiva humedecida con agua limpia y una gota de jabón neutro. Séquelo con un paño suave y limpio.

Piel de ante de cordero o de ternera: cepille suavemente las pieles de ante con una esponja seca para calzado o un paño especial para ante, alisando las fibras en la misma dirección. El ante de cordero o ternero es especialmente sensible a los líquidos, las manchas y la migración del color. En caso de manchas, utilice primero papel de lija de grano fino. Si su calzado se ha mojado, séquelo con un paño absorbente que no deje pelusa. Asegúrese de no guardarlo cerca de una fuente de calor ni exponerlo directamente a la luz solar.

Pieles metalizadas: las pieles metalizadas se fabrican mediante un proceso especial que consiste en un recubrimiento laminado. Leather is a natural material and needs neutral polish once a month, whether you wear your shoes or not.

In case of rain, make sure to dry your wet shoes by gently dabbing them with a soft, uncolored, and lint-free cloth.

Some precious and delicate materials are sensitive to repeated friction which could cause premature wear and tear, especially on the corners and edges. Lambskin leather, metallic leather, fabrics (jersey, tweed, etc.) are particularly sensitive to repeated friction. We advise you not to expose leather to light (natural and artificial) or moisture for prolonged periods. If the item comes into contact with water, dab the leather dry with an absorbent non-pilling cloth.

Over time, exposure to air, moisture and contact with your skin may damage the shine on your piece, cause wear to the metal finish or affect the colouring and lustre of imitation pearls. We recommend the following:
• Avoid contact with water
• Avoid exposure to high temperatures or humidity
• Remove your jewellery when engaging in activity that may cause knocks or scratches, such as exercising
• Take off your jewellery when handling corrosive products
• Apply perfume and make-up before putting on jewellery: certain chemicals found in cosmetic products may discolour, stain or damage jewellery.

Pieces of jewellery may scratch upon contact with one another. We strongly recommend that you store and transport your jewellery individually.

To preserve the shine on your jewellery, you may dust it with a soft cloth. Do not clean with water, soap, detergent, or any other chemical product or solution, as these could damage the metal finish or discolour the piece.
