The new LE LIFT PRO protocol: a skincare line that targets the appearance of the youth triangle, the area located between the top of the cheekbones and the tip of the chin, which becomes inverted with age. Products are formulated with melipona enzymatic ingredient, which helps improve skin texture.

The 2nd step of the LE LIFT PRO protocol, Crème Volume, helps prevent advanced signs of aging and smooths the appearance of deep wrinkles. Its soft, smooth formula provides an immediate plumping effect.
Formulated without fragrance for all skin types, even sensitive skin, it can be used between two aesthetic dermatological procedures to maintain results(1).

HOW TO APPLY

Inspired by a decades-old massage technique that is recognized in the aesthetic community, the House of CHANEL and its experts developed a massage that improves the benefits of the skincare protocol. Facial volume and contrast appear redefined and reveal a youth triangle.

Perform the signature LE GESTE LIFT PRO technique before applying the skincare protocol.
Begin by carrying out deep pinching movements, using the thumb and other fingers, across the cheeks and the jawline. Repeat three times.
Then, using the thumb and index finger, apply small pinching movements perpendicular to the expression lines to smooth them.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

If you do not use this prepaid label, shipping will be at your expense.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
