Any service or repair not carried out by a CHANEL watch workshop or CHANEL-authorized watch workshop exposes your timepiece to the risk of serious damage that is not covered by the International Guarantee. The same applies to replacement parts that do not correspond to the criteria specified by CHANEL.
For all work done on your watch while under warranty, you must present your CHANEL warranty card.
