Featuring innovative new technology, the formula is as hydrating as a lotion, as comfortable as an oil, as powerful as a serum. The Essence Lotion revitalizes and brightens the skin for greater healthy look and brightness.
Formulated with precious ume flower extract, ume flower oil and a vitamin C derivative which moisturizes the skin, the refreshing, cocooning texture delivers a water-in-oil sensation that envelops skin in protective comfort.

KEY INGREDIENTS

At the heart of the formula, PIT* innovative technology uses temperature to allow a change in texture for exceptional sensoriality and to support efficacy, combining the freshness of a lotion with the strength of an essence.

The formula is also enriched with the gentle powers of precious ume flower extract, ume flower oil and a vitamin C derivative which moisturizes the skin.
A symbol of strength, vitality and rebirth, the ume flower is the first flower to blossom in late winter, even under a blanket of snow, or at the arrival of spring. It is harvested by hand during a limited blooming season, only in the morning to preserve its unique powers. Two precious ingredients are extracted from the ume flower: ume flower extract and ume flower oil.
Gentle yet powerful, the Essence Lotion allows skin's healthy, pure light to blossom by performing three actions:

1. REVITALIZE - Ume flower extract
Vitality is essential to ensure perfect skin health. CHANEL has developed an extract of ume flower: a natural, specific** ingredient. Skin appears revitalized.

2. BRIGHTEN - Ume flower extract and vitamin C derivative
Brightening the skin is the second core effect of LE BLANC Essence Lotion. The formula helps skin recover its translucency and luminosity.

3. RESTORE - Ume flower oil
For skin to radiate its best health and beauty, it needs to be thoroughly nourished. Enriched with ume flower oil, LE BLANC Essence Lotion forms an imperceptible veil over the skin to lock in moisture. Skin is infused with intense hydration.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

If you do not use this prepaid label, shipping will be at your expense.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for payment within 14 days of receipt of the products or after you have provided proof of shipment. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
