When faced with daily environmental aggressors, skin becomes fragile and dehydrated. Imbalanced skin is no longer receptive to the benefits of skincare products. As a first step of the skincare ritual, LE LIFT Lotion is essential for maintaining the skin's barrier function so that it can receive the full benefits offered by LE LIFT products.
LE LIFT Lotion is a gentle fluid with a gel-in-water texture that is perfectly compatible with the skin. It instantly leaves skin feeling comfortable. On application, skin is plumper. With continued use, it is left smoother, firmer, and more luminous, and its texture is refined.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

The LE LIFT Lotion formula is composed of 93% naturally derived ingredients*.
- Botanical alfalfa concentrate: the signature active ingredient of the LE LIFT range is extracted from an ancestral plant known for its unique remineralising properties. It is grown organically in France and transformed into an active ingredient in the CHANEL laboratories.

HOW TO USE

Every morning and evening, apply LE LIFT Lotion after removing makeup and cleansing Using your fingertips or a cotton pad, smooth from the center of the face outwards and over the neck. For even better results, gently pinch the skin along the nasolabial folds, the forehead line, and on the cheeks with the thumb and index finger. Repeat 3 times.
By providing balance, hydration, and comfort, the lotion prepares skin to receive the benefits of subsequent skincare products.
Follow with the other products from the LE LIFT range: the Crème Yeux, the Sérum, and the Crème or Crème de Nuit.

what are my delivery options ?

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery on orders above AUD100.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
