With LE LIFT Crème Yeux, CHANEL masters the art of harmonising nature and efficacy. Composed of naturally derived ingredients, its formula concentrates the firming and smoothing properties of botanical alfalfa concentrate, a natural active ingredient. To decongest and energise the eye contour, LE LIFT Crème Yeux contains a Phyto-Active Complex. Its delicate, melt-away texture envelops the eye area in a soft, comfortable veil. The formula is gentle on the eye area and sensitive skin.

LE LIFT Crème Yeux is composed of 83% naturally-derived ingredients.
• Botanical alfalfa concentrate: it is extracted from a thousand-year-old plant known for its unique remineralising and nutritional properties. Rich in minerals and oligo-elements, it is grown organically in France.
• Phyto-Active Complex:
- A molecule extracted from horse chestnut ensures draining action on puffiness to minimize and stop its formation.
- Actiflow stimulates microcirculation to target the colour and formation of dark circles.

HOW TO USE

Every morning and evening, gently apply LE LIFT Crème Yeux with fingertips to the entire eye area, including the upper eyelid. For a personalised ritual, perform the gesture that corresponds to your needs:
1. The smoothing gesture to smooth the look of wrinkles (before application of product).
Using your thumb and index finger, pinch the wrinkle perpendicularly from the inner to outer corner of eye. Then, smooth the wrinkle. Repeat 3 times.
2. The anti-dark circles and anti-puffiness gesture to reduce the look of fatigue and relax the eye area (after application).
Using your index finger, perform 3 smoothing movements under the eye, moving outward (1) from outer corner, (2) then middle of eye and (3) from inner corner. Repeat 3 times.
3. The eye-opening gesture to give the eyelid a lifted appearance and create an awakened look (after application).
With your index fingers, perform smoothing movements on the upper eyelid, from the inner corner outward. Repeat 3 times.

what are my delivery options ?

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery for all orders.

Please note, Express delivery is between 1-2 business days, and all deliveries require a signature.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
