First time I'm trying this CC cream and totally loving it. Love how it feels on skin, the way the shade is so well-matched for me, how it spreads. Went to Christmas work party wearing it and it looked great whole evening. Ace!

I absolutely love the product from sensory and performative aspect. However, I´m usually shade 20 in CCs foundations but in this case 20 is way too dark compared to foundations. OK for the summer but for the winter I have change to 10.

I had been looking for a BB/CC cream with both high SPF and a bit of color and this one fits the bill with SPF50. It's easy to smooth out and you really don't need a lot. I love that it has nourishing ingredients, color, moisture and SPF in one product. The color matches my skin perfectly and blends in easily. However, it is a little on the thicker side and can give a bit too much "glow"/shine on my combined skin. I would love a 'thinner' consistency and less shine - even if it meant that the SPF came down to 30-40 instead. Otherwise great product. PS: On a sidenote this shade was almost impossible to find anywhere here in Denmark - most places only had up to beige 20, maybe 30. And no tests in beige 40.

GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery against signature
• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• In case of absence of the recipient, the package is returned to the depot. A second attempt is scheduled the 3rd day. If the second attempt has not been scheduled with the recipient's agreement then a third attempt is made on the 5th day. A transit notice is issued in the language of the destination country to inform the recipient.

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country and in English.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
