Apply JOUES CONTRASTE with its integrated deluxe brush for a sophisticated result:

- To structure the face: shade the hollows of the cheeks or accentuate the temples, forehead and jawlines.

The product smell like baby powder , the color it's the perfect pink shade , the texture it's perfect and easy to apply but the pigment it's not to good . When i applied was good but then after 1 minut , started to disappear the color . So for the price it's not a product that i will like to buy again .

Hard to pick up pigment (I had to scratch the surface at first) and an overwhelming perfume scent. Once on the skin, it sits beautifully, great colour, and subtle glitter.

Redesigned with tomorrow in mind, every element has been optimized to minimize waste. All plastic has been eliminated. Boxes and bags are recyclable and made with 40% recycled* materials and 60% paper from sustainably managed forests, as well as water-based ink and glue. Pouches feature 100% organic cotton.
*Packaging recyclability is dependant on sorting and recycling methods, which vary by location

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

dhl home delivery within 4 to 6 business days (10€, complimentary over 50 eur)

Delivery Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm

In case of absence, you will be invited to arrange a new delivery.

After 2 attempts of delivery, you will receive a message inviting you to pick up your parcel in a parcel shop within 8 days

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
