A two-digit combination unlocks a fusion of sophistication and functionality, of creative and technical mastery, of absolute singularity and fluidity of design, of an intimate and aesthetic experience, all contained within a clear glass case that showcases the metallic gleam of a refillable bullet.

12 luminous matte shades have been added to the existing range of 12 satin lip colours. Each of these 12 shades reconciles luminosity and a matte effect, all while offering pure, intense colour. In a similar play of contrasts, the signature lipstick bullet is embossed with an elegant matte woven pattern and a shining CHANEL logo.

The 24 shades, ranging from orangey rosewood to deep garnet and pink beige to cherry red, are vibrant reflections of Gabrielle Chanel's memories, the mastery demonstrated by the ateliers, and the creativity and vitality integral to rue Cambon. HOW TO USE

31 LE ROUGE - REFILL was designed to slide seamlessly into the base of the faceted square case of 31 LE ROUGE. An intuitive process that culminates with the distinctive click of a magnet.

Refills can be fully resealed, allowing you to switch between the 12 available matte shades as often as you like.

Refills cannot be used without a case and are compatible exclusively with 31 LE ROUGE.

Once the refill is in place, begin by applying the lipstick in an "X" shape in the center of the lips, from the top lip toward the bottom lip. Then extend it out toward the corners.

31 LE ROUGE comes with a quilted black sleeve designed to protect the lipstick's square, faceted glass case. Always keep the product in its sleeve when not in use, to prevent scratches and keep the glass beautifully polished.

what are my delivery options ?

All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and can be delivered to locations in Singapore only (excluding certain restricted areas in Singapore as set out in our terms of sale).

CHANEL offers the following delivery options:

• Standard Complimentary Delivery within 2-4 business days is offered for orders above SGD 100. For orders below SGD 100, shipping fee of SGD 10 will be applied.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL online boutique order (except for certain limited-edition products) within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, provided products are in original packaging with packing list and original receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been unsealed or used are generally not eligible for return. For certain products, it may not be possible to determine if the product has been used (for example, the product may not be sold sealed or in any package). Such products may also not be eligible for return. All returns remain at CHANEL’s sole discretion. Do note that returns will also not be allowed for certain limited-edition products.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Please note, Chanel online boutique orders cannot be exchanged, but you may, subject to these terms and conditions, return an order to receive a refund.
