CHANEL experts will advise you in caring for your piece, to preserve its beauty year after year, and ensure it meets the strictest CHANEL quality standards.
Warranty
Each CHANEL Fine Jewelry piece is subject to the legal warranties currently enforced.

The following are not covered by these warranties:
Accidents or misuse
Damage resulting from accidents or from inappropriate or abusive use of a jewelry piece.
Unauthorized repairs
Damage resulting from repairs or dismantling not undertaken by a CHANEL boutique or workshop.
Wear or aging
The consequences of normal wear and the aging of a piece of jewelry.
Authenticity
From the Fine Jewelry Creation Studio to the workshops at Place Vendôme in Paris
Your piece has been crafted in one of our Fine Jewelry workshops, where we meticulously attend to every stage of the production process. We certify that all CHANEL Fine Jewelry pieces are made of gold (750 ‰) or platinum (950 ‰).
The authenticity of a Fine Jewelry piece can be guaranteed only by purchasing it at a CHANEL boutique or an authorized CHANEL retailer. Similarly, only authentic CHANEL Fine Jewelry pieces are eligible for repairs.

In the event that your CHANEL Fine Jewelry piece is stolen, please contact the CHANEL boutique of your choice.
