CHANEL Research has developed a comprehensive serum concentrated with potent ingredients.
Vanilla Planifolia was selected by CHANEL in 1995 from more than 117 vanilla varieties for its extraordinary richness in polyketones. A flower that thrives in both shadow and light, it grows in darkness and blooms at dawn. After several years of study, CHANEL Research developed a patented**** polyfractioning process that makes it possible to harness the plant’s power in 3 steps: extraction, purification and molecular distillation. Polyfractioned Vanilla Planifolia is an ultra-pure extract 40 times more concentrated in effective molecules than the raw material.
Himalayan Swertia is sourced from a biodiverse region in Bhutan, where it has been used for centuries to care for skin. Through a long-term partnership with CHANEL Research, it is grown in the shade of the mountain and harvested by hand every 3 years during the plant’s flowering cycle. It is then transformed to make a custom restoring complex specific to CHANEL.

HOW TO APPLY
For the ultimate nighttime ritual, use SUBLIMAGE L’EXTRAIT DE NUIT along with the exclusive SUBLIMAGE L’EXTRAIT DE FASCIA technique. Developed by CHANEL experts and inspired by fasciatherapy, this gesture complements the benefits of SUBLIMAGE L’EXTRAIT DE NUIT.
To begin, apply SUBLIMAGE L’EXTRAIT DE NUIT.
Then, close your eyes and gently place your palms over them.
Breathe deeply to reconnect with yourself.
Continue with the following sequence of movements. Each can be broken down into 3 steps: stretch skin, glide while keeping it taut, then pause, holding it in place before releasing. Repeat each movement 3 times, gradually slowing down to match the rhythm of your breathing.
THE FOREHEAD:
• Starting from the center of your forehead, stretch skin toward your temples on either side.
• Next, place your fingers between your eyebrows and glide them up your forehead in 1 slow, continuous vertical motion.
• Finally, using 2 fingers on either side of your eyebrow, glide along its length from the inner corner to the outer tip.
THE CHEEKS:
• Place your hands in the center of your face, cupping your nose, then glide outward in a sweeping, enveloping motion.
• Place your fingers under your cheekbones, just in front of your ears. Gently stretch skin downward with your left hand, while tilting your head to the left with your right hand. Pause, then begin again, this time to the right side.
THE JAWLINE:
• Bend your fingers, using the index and middle fingers to cup your jaw on either side, then glide from the tip of your chin up toward your ears.
THE NECK:
• Place the palm of your right hand on your left trapezius muscle, stretching it forward. Slowly turn your head to the left. Pause, then repeat the movement on the other side.
To complete this routine, take a deep breath while lifting your chin, opening your chest and pulling your shoulders back to stretch your chest. Pause for a moment, then, as you exhale, let your body naturally curl inward, rounding your back. Repeat, this time with bigger movements.
