I have loved Chanel No 5 since my grandmother introduced it to me when I was in my teens. I have used the sublime shower gel as long as I can remember - but may I please make a request? For the lotion and shower gel? PLEASE bring back a screw cap! The twist cap breaks so easily plus it is difficult to squeeze the bottle to get product to flow, especially once arthritis starts to set in! MERCI BEAUCOUP for all of your beautiful products. I have been using Chanel fragrance, makeup and skincare since the late 70s.

I have loved Chanel N*5 all of my adult life. It's perfect, soft and subtle. I use all 3 pieces to this collection. Bath gel, lotion, and eau de parfum. Unfortunately, the company decided to change the caps on the bottles to "side-slides." You can't just unscrew the tops to get all the product. I have to break the caps and decant the lotion and gel. Too bad. But nothing will stop me from using Chanel. The fragrance is worth it.

Smells really good. I just think the bottle is pretty small for the price. I think the bottle should either be bigger, or the price should be lowered. But overall I like the product.

the product itself is 5 star, but I have hated the new container since they came out with it. the flow from the tip is extremely minimal and the bottle is too hard to squeeze with arthritic or injured hands (both of which I have experienced). so I have to get out a box cutter, slice off the top of the bottle and pour it into a container that is easier to get the product out of. this is both dangerous and difficult; but it beats standing in the shower with drip drip drip coming out or trying to get enough out for a bath (because there is no actual bubble bath in Chanel 5) before the tub is filled. the old tip was slow enough, but tons better than this, and the bottle was more squishy as well.

Bought this classic as a birthday gift for my sister. It's a nostalgic and sophisticated favorite in our family. Creamy texture. Small amount goes a long way. Beautiful packaging and nice black Chanel sample bag included.

I like the actual shower gel but not the bottle it's in. It was difficult to open and the top cap broke off. Now it's very difficult to get the product out. I emailed customer service but no one has responded back to me. I asked if I could exchange the bottle.

The creamy soap is fabulous. Has never changed and hopefully never will. But the new cap doesn't work for me. It's very difficult to get the soap out and with arthritis vey difficult so I just pry it off and put in a cork. If only I could but it with a different too it would be great . But tne product itself is luxurious. Thank you

The scent is wonderful but the plastic bottle is awful very hard to squeeze. You should consider repackaging a softer product or a twist off cap.
