Love Chanel my son buys me the perfume for Christmas every year because I use it all the time. I purchased the body lotion, it is wonderful. I hate the cap, I wish they had the black cap that they had in the past. Service is always Fabulous!!!

ZERO STARS. First bottle arrived non-functional; and could not be opened. When I finally managed to twist it at its base, jus like chanel says, the slip cap on top became immovable, rendering the top useless. Now the lotion; don't waste your money. It's sticky, and then becoming very drying. And chanel keeps changing its formulation so much, the top, middle and base notes seem to be in a juxtaposition. Stick to what works guys, this one " ain't it" Shiseido has a much better skin care line. As for the bottle, it's pretty, but much ado about nothing with the cap design. There's an elegance in simplicity, this product simply " ain't it". Again.

I am a long-time Chanel girl, starting in 1992 with No.5! I love this lotion. Unfortunately, the new cap keeps breaking and I am not happy about that. Also, I really liked the bath oil that Chanel carried for many years.
