N°5 Eau de Toilette

The woody N°5

N°5 Eau de Toilette is a floral-woody fragrance, a vibrant interpretation of N°5.

The floral aldehydic bouquet is intertwined with the strength of Sandalwood.

In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel decided to create a fragrance unlike any other:

"A woman's perfume with the scent of a woman."

To fulfill her request, perfumer Ernest Beaux broke with the traditional codes of perfumery and presented her with an olfactory revolution.

Mademoiselle gave the scent a name like a code.

A name that made all others unfashionable.

In 1924, she launched N°5 Eau de Toilette.

The Eau de Toilette bottle is unique with a more rectangular shape and topped with a black lacquer cap.
