No, CHANEL.com and CHANEL boutiques only offer eyewear frames. All eyeglasses will be delivered with sample lenses. We invite you to use our Store Locator to find an authorized optician who can assist you with your prescription lens fitting.
For CHANEL Sunglasses repair services, we invite you to either send or personally deliver any merchandise needing repair with an accompanying sales receipt to the CHANEL Boutique or to the authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer where it was purchased. For CHANEL Eyeglass repair service, we invite you to take them back to the original location of purchase, as they should be repaired by an authorized optician.

A CHANEL invoice is issued for each purchase. CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.
However, in the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to obtain a duplicate CHANEL by providing supporting documents (copy of complaint form, affidavit, and a copy of your ID card).

Authentication of products is not a service offered by CHANEL. Authenticity is only guaranteed if the product has been purchased from a CHANEL Boutique or from an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer, of which you can find an exhaustive list in our Store Locator section.
We kindly ask that you provide us with the contact information for the vendor (name and place of sale, regardless if it is a store or a website) so that we can verify if it is CHANEL authorized or not, and so that we can consider which actions should be taken to put an end to activities that may constitute acts of counterfeiting. If you have filed a complaint against the seller, we remain at the disposal of the authorities to which this complaint has been filed for any information regarding the nature of the product in question.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that despite the actions we take daily against websites that sell products that infringe on our rights, the Internet remains a particularly significant vector for the dissemination of counterfeit goods. CHANEL gift cards can only be redeemed in CHANEL boutiques and are not redeemable on chanel.com. Also, all purchases made with a gift card are final.

The following payment methods are not accepted: CODs, personal checks, money orders and international credit cards from countries not listed above.
If you use an international credit card to place an order on chanel.com, you must ship to a U.S. address. Currently, orders cannot be shipped to U.S. territories, only U.S. addresses. When ordering on chanel.com, please provide a domestic phone number and use your U.S. shipping address as your billing address.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. CHANEL reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
Your account will be debited when your order ships. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
Your CHANEL invoice will be attached to the confirmation email that you receive after placing an order through CHANEL.com. You will also receive it in the box with your order.

FedEx Standard shipping is complimentary with all orders*.
USPS Priority shipping and FedEx Ground shipping are complimentary with all orders.
FedEx Overnight shipping is $20.00.
FedEx Overnight orders placed by 3:00pm EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered the following business day.
Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
We cannot ship to international addresses.
Standard and overnight shippings are not valid on LE VERNIS Nail Colour or on orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will ship FedEx Ground or USPS Ground, with an expected delivery of 3-7 business days.

Eyewear can be returned by mail or at your nearest CHANEL boutique within 17 calendar days of the shipping date.
Purchases made between Sunday, 11/24/2024- Wednesday, 12/25/2024 may be accommodated for returns up to Saturday, 1/11/2025.
Eyewear must be returned in its original condition, with tag intact. Frames that have been altered or fit with prescription lenses are not eligible for return. If your return does not comply with this policy, it will be sent back to you.
To send your item(s) back via FedEx, start a return online and select one of the following options:
RETURN BY MAIL
Print your prepaid shipping label at home, package your item(s) and drop off at any FedEx location.
RETURN WITH QR CODE
Bring your package to your nearest FedEx location. Show an associate your QR code, and they will print the shipping label.
Track your return online in your order history or with the number listed on your return shipping label.
All complimentary returns are shipped standard ground.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and accepted. Please note, your return may take 7 to 10 business days to arrive at the CHANEL warehouse, up to 14 business days to process and an additional 7 business days to appear on your statement as a refund.

Every CHANEL Eyewear order contains a protective case, cleaning cloth and product informational booklet.
Pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation online.
We will notify you via email when your CHANEL pre-order item becomes available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item ships, at which point your credit card will be charged.
A product that is temporarily out of stock will be available to backorder. To place a CHANEL backorder, simply click the backorder button and proceed to checkout.
Backorder items usually ship within 2 weeks once they become available. You will receive emails notifying you of your order and shipping status. You should receive your order in 5-7 business days once the item ships.
Your backorder item will ship to the address entered during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please update your personal information in your My Account space.
