These active ingredients reinvigorate the skin all the way down to its collagen, for skin that appears denser, smoother, and beautifully radiant.
Vanilla Planifolia: Identified by CHANEL in 1995 and selected from among more than 117 varieties of vanilla, Vanilla Planifolia is extraordinarily rich in polyketones. It is grown and harvested in the CHANEL open-sky laboratory in Madagascar.
To obtain its signature SUBLIMAGE active ingredient, CHANEL Research developed Vanilla Planifolia polyfractioning after several years of study. This unique process makes it possible to concentrate the active molecules from the plant in 3 successive steps: extraction, purification, and molecular distillation.
Polyfractioned Vanilla Planifolia, the product of this long and meticulous patented* process, is an active ingredient that has a 40-times-higher concentration of active molecules than the raw plant material.

HOW TO USE

Apply SUBLIMAGE Le Sérum before SUBLIMAGE La Crème every morning and evening.
To reinvigorate the skin, apply a few drops of SUBLIMAGE Le Sérum to the forehead and cheeks. Use both hands to smooth over the face from the centre outwards.
Complement the benefits of the serum by performing the signature massage technique: LE GESTE SUBLIME RADIANCE.
This technique was inspired by the professional expertise offered by CHANEL skincare experts at CHANEL beauty spaces.
Bend the fingers and massage from the centre of the face outwards, performing deep circular movements.

1 - BELOW THE JAWLINE
Begin below the jawline (under the chin), massaging from the centre outwards.
2 - JAWLINE
Continue along the jawline, from the chin to the ears.
3 - CHEEKS
Continue from the jawline to the cheeks, working up towards the temples.
4 - FOREHEAD
End on the forehead, massaging from the centre of the face out towards the temples.
Repeat these movements three times.

• In case of absence of the recipient, the package returns to the depot and the driver leaves a notice of passage in the language of the country of destination to inform the recipient. A second presentation is then programmed in agreement with the recipient. If he wishes, he can request the deposit of his parcel in ParcelShop or ParcelLocker.

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
