DESCRIPTION

Housed in a frosted bottle, the N°5 body lotion, enriched with a rose and jasmine active ingredient, wraps the skin in a delicate moisturising veil for 8 hours*. Its airy texture can be applied generously and easily over the entire body thanks to the new Twist and Slide cap, a mechanism exclusive to CHANEL. To open the bottle, simply twist the cap counter-clockwise. For a fragrant, sensual and delicate trail that perfectly complements the notes of N°5.

COMPOSITION

Enriched with a rose and jasmine active ingredient, the body lotion was formulated to offer a soft and sensual experience of the N°5 floral bouquet.

INSPIRATION

In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel asked Ernest Beaux to create "a woman's perfume with the scent of a woman", intense and original. The nose presented her with a visionary composition that made extraordinary use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle chose the fifth sample of the fragrance, and decided to name it simply N°5. The innovative scent of the fragrance, as well as the rare simplicity of its name and bottle, revolutionised the history of perfumery.

ART OF PERFUMING

The lotion is an incredibly sensual way to enhance your fragrance by leaving the skin delicately scented. It adds a more sensuous touch to the N°5 perfuming ritual.

Redesigned with tomorrow in mind, every element has been optimized to minimize waste. All plastic has been eliminated. Boxes and bags are recyclable and made with 40% recycled* materials and 60% paper from sustainably managed forests, as well as water-based ink and glue. Pouches feature 100% organic cotton.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 4 to 6 business days

• Delivery against signature
• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• In case of absence of the recipient, the package returns to the depot and the driver leaves a notice of passage in the language of the country of destination to inform the recipient. A second presentation is then programmed in agreement with the recipient. If he wishes, he can request the deposit of his parcel in ParcelShop or ParcelLocker.

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country and in English.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
