ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Red camellia is the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. This plant can live for up to 200 years(1), defying time itself with its extraordinary longevity. After 19 years of studying camellias, CHANEL Research has brought to light the extraordinary power of red camellia extract, obtained using a cutting-edge three-step extraction process: the petals first undergo cold fragmentation, and their antioxidant properties are then released through hydrofusion. Finally, the resulting solution is purified.

Red camellia extract, which is rich in protocatechuic acid, boosts skin vitality mechanisms by 63%(2). It protects skin from oxidative stress, strengthening its capacity for self-defense by 141%(3), in order to preserve its youth.

This formula is also enriched with camellia leaf buds, which contain a high concentration of a soothing amino acid as well as antioxidant-rich polyphenols, and works to instantly soothe the skin.

An ultra-lightweight bi-phase formula, enriched with red camellia oil and camellia water, that deeply hydrates skin and delivers a feeling of freshness.

N°1 DE CHANEL is an environmentally conscious beauty line. The serum-in-mist contains 98% naturally derived ingredients(4), and several of its packaging components are recyclable(5). Additionally, it is cellophane-free and does not come with a leaflet, and the ink used on the bottle is organic(6).

HOW TO USE

The N°1 DE CHANEL serum-in-mist protects skin from external aggressors and restores its radiance at any time throughout the day. Use it at the end of your skincare routine, before or after applying makeup, and to touch up your glow at the office, during travel, or before a dinner date.

Shake the mist to mix the bi-phase formula. Close your eyes(1) and apply the serum-in-mist to the face, spraying twice in a horizontal motion and twice in a vertical motion. Press the product into your skin with the palms of your hands to help it absorb. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

Skin is left protected, soothed, and youthfully radiant.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL online boutique order (except for certain limited-edition products) within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, provided products are in original packaging with packing list and original receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been unsealed or used are generally not eligible for return. For certain products, it may not be possible to determine if the product has been used (for example, the product may not be sold sealed or in any package). Such products may also not be eligible for return. All returns remain at CHANEL’s sole discretion. Do note that returns will also not be allowed for certain limited-edition products.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.
