Every year, the CHANEL studio introduces 6 Ready-to-Wear collections, 2 Capsules collections and 2 Haute Couture collections.

For tourists with purchases greater than SGD$100, you can request for a tax refund eTRS ticket in our boutiques with presentation of your original passport accompanied by a valid social visit stamp.
We invite you to apply for your GST refund using the eTRS Tickets at the eTRS self-help kiosk in the airports and depart with the goods via Changi International Airport Departure Hall / Seletar Airport Passenger Terminal within 2 months from the date of purchase.

We invite you to bring the product you wish to exchange to the CHANEL Boutique of your choice (Store Locator) in the country of purchase, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt and tax refund export sales form where applicable.
For purchases made in Singapore, you can exchange it locally within 14 days from date of purchase. If you do not exchange the product within the original country of purchase, please contact us for more details on our international exchange policy.

When you make a purchase from CHANEL Ready-to-Wear, our master tailors are at your disposal to make alterations by hand so that each item fits your figure perfectly.
This final touch they provide ensures the garment is tailored to your body and falls just right in keeping with the original design.
These custom alterations are a pledge to each customer that she will feel confident, elegant and, most importantly, exactly like herself.
The legendary CHANEL jacket is constructed with many specially designed panels that can be disassembled and reassembled for a perfect alteration.

An invoice is issued for each purchase. CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.
