For the ROUGE NOIR collection, the CHANEL Makeup Creation Studio, alongside COMÈTES COLLECTIVE member Ammy Drammeh, brought out all the nuances of Rouge Noir, the House's iconic shade, in order to better highlight its complexity. For the first time, Ammy Drammeh has drawn inspiration from the hints of pink that are revealed when Rouge Noir is applied. Going beyond just nail polish, she has reimagined the hue in the form of new makeup creations.

The colour combinations are unlike any others: shades of soft pink, electric magenta, and edgy grey allow you to express the many nuances of Rouge Noir, ranging in character from irreverent to reserved. A limited-edition collection featuring paradoxical colours and exclusive cases.

For the first time, the ROUGE ALLURE VELVET case comes in the House's iconic colour. This limited-edition version was designed just for the shade Rouge Noir.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery against signature
• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• In case of absence of the recipient, the package is returned to the depot. A second attempt is scheduled the 3rd day. If the second attempt has not been scheduled with the recipient's agreement then a third attempt is made on the 5th day. A transit notice is issued in the language of the destination country to inform the recipient.

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country and in English.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
