DESCRIPTION

The fragrance that evokes the elegance of autumn, in its rarest form. The monumental EXTRAIT bottle is crafted entirely from glass, cut like a diamond, and remains true to the original design, with a white label and a faceted stopper that recalls the shape of the Place Vendôme. The singular process behind its creation exemplifies the House's desire to keep its traditional expertise in perfumery alive. Containing the most precious expression of fragrance, every bottle in the LES GRANDS EXTRAITS collection is nestled inside a white, satin-lined case and protected by a sleeve that opens like a flower.

COMPOSITION

Reinterpreted as an Eau de Parfum in 2016, this scent inspired Olivier Polge, CHANEL In-House Perfumer-Creator, to compose a deep, sensual Parfum. Slightly spicy, it is transected by the liveliness of vetiver, inhabited by iris and enveloped by accents of leather and vanilla.

INSPIRATION

Behind Sycomore Parfum is the story of a fragrance created by Mademoiselle in 1930. Named after a towering tree, SYCOMORE evokes the elegance of autumn. It recounts the splendor of the natural world, an echo to Mademoiselle's childhood amongst the age-old volcanoes in Auvergne.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Malaysia.

CHANEL offers the following delivery option: Standard Delivery.
Kindly note, standard delivery is within 3-6 business days for West Malaysia and 6-10 business days for East Malaysia from the date your order(s) is processed by us.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), we only accept exchange or return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on Chanel Online Boutique. Return of your CHANEL online boutique order needs to be done within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, provided products are in original packaging with packing list and original receipt. Kindly contact our Client Care Representative at 1800 812 838, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (excluding Public Holidays) for more information on the return procedures. CHANEL Client Care will assess the issue and assist you with the return.

Products that may not be eligible for exchange or return includes lip gloss, mascara, liquid lipstick and nail polish. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for exchange or reimbursement unless they are defective.

All exchange and return of merchandise will be subject to the final decision of CHANEL.
