Housed in a transparent, frosted version of the iconic bottle, the N°5 hair mist, enriched with an active ingredient derived from rose and jasmine, diffuses the subtle notes of the fragrance and gives hair shine and a silky texture.

Enriched with an active ingredient derived from rose and jasmine, the hair mist was formulated to offer a light and daring experience of the N°5 floral bouquet.

INSPIRATION

In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel asked Ernest Beaux to create "a woman's perfume with the scent of a woman", intense and original. The nose presented her with a visionary composition that made extraordinary use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle chose the fifth sample of the fragrance, and decided to name it simply N°5. The innovative scent of the fragrance, as well as the rare simplicity of its name and bottle, revolutionized the history of perfumery.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Malaysia.

CHANEL offers the following delivery option: Standard Delivery.
Kindly note, standard delivery is within 3-6 business days for West Malaysia and 6-10 business days for East Malaysia from the date your order(s) is processed by us.
Complimentary delivery for all orders.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), we only accept exchange or return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on Chanel Online Boutique. Return of your CHANEL online boutique order needs to be done within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery, provided products are in original packaging with packing list and original receipt. Kindly contact our Client Care Representative at 1800 812 838, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (excluding Public Holidays) for more information on the return procedures. CHANEL Client Care will assess the issue and assist you with the return.

Products that may not be eligible for exchange or return includes lip gloss, mascara, liquid lipstick and nail polish. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for exchange or reimbursement unless they are defective.

All exchange and return of merchandise will be subject to the final decision of CHANEL.

We do not accept returns from CHANEL Online Boutique in CHANEL Boutiques or Counters located within our retail partners.
