A collection of unique and complementary makeup removers and cleansers with sensorial formulas. For optimal makeup removal and cleansing that helps to reveal skin's radiance.
SUBLIMAGE Les Grains de Vanille, an exfoliator that is richly sensorial. The refreshing feel of its formula combines with vanilla seeds and jojoba beads to gently scrub away dead skin cells and impurities, for a true "new skin" effect. Skin is able to breathe, and its radiance appears revived. It is left feeling comfortable and appears silkier, softer and more luminous.

HOW TO USE
Use two to three times a week.
1- Depending on the desired level of exfoliation, apply one or two dabs of SUBLIMAGE Les Grains de Vanille to the face and neck with the spatula.
2- Massage the seeds onto the face with the fingertips, avoiding the eye area.
3 - Perform small circular movements to eliminate impurities and bring out skin's radiance.
4 - Rinse thoroughly with cool water.

If you wish to reschedule, you may select an alternative delivery date or modify delivery address
In case of absence, you will receive a message inviting you to arrange a new delivery.
what are your return policies ?
You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
To return your product(s), fill out the return form and include it in your return parcel. Returns will only be accepted if this form is in your parcel. Please contact your Customer Care Service to receive a prepaid shipping label that you can stick on your return package and deposit it in a DHL collecting point.

Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
