ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Red camellia is the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. This plant can live for up to 200 years(1), defying time itself with its extraordinary longevity. After 19 years of studying camellias, CHANEL Research has brought to light the extraordinary power of red camellia extract, obtained using a cutting-edge three-step extraction process. The petals first undergo cold fragmentation, before their antioxidant properties are then released through hydrofusion. Finally, the resulting solution is purified.

Red camellia extract, which is rich in protocatechuic acid, boosts skin vitality by 63%(2). It helps to protect against oxidative stress, strengthening the skin's capacity for self-defence by 141%(3), in order to help preserve its youthful appearance.

This formula is also enriched with camellia leaf buds, which contain a high concentration of a soothing amino acid as well as antioxidant-rich polyphenols, and works to instantly soothe the skin.

HOW TO USE

The N°1 DE CHANEL Serum-In-Mist helps to protect skin from external aggressors and revitalises its radiance at any time throughout the day. Use it at the end of your skincare routine, before or after applying makeup, and to touch up your glow at the office, during travel or before a dinner date.

Shake the mist to mix the bi-phase formula. Close your eyes(1) and apply the Serum-In-Mist to the face, spraying twice in a horizontal motion and twice in a vertical motion. Press the product into your skin with the palms of your hands to help it absorb. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

Skin is left feeling protected, soothed and youthfully radiant.
