Delivery
All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and can be delivered to locations in India only. We are unable to make deliveries to locations outside of India.
CHANEL offers complimentary standard delivery on all orders across India. Orders are delivered in 2-7 working days depending on the pincode.
Returns
You can return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for fragrance & beauty products and within 30 days from date of delivery for eyewear.

Please ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then please pack the unused products with all original packaging before returning to the arranged carrier.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.
