Find a Boutique
Authorised CHANEL resellers from whom the customer can obtain corrective lenses and/or services are independent third-party entities. By purchasing glasses and/or services from an authorised CHANEL reseller, the customer acknowledges that CHANEL assumes no risk and/or liability in this regard.
Find your size
The size of a frame is defined by the width of the lens and bridge, as well as the length of the temples. This information is usually indicated on the inside of the left temple of the frame. For example, the inscription "52 - 19 (140)" means that the lens width is 52 mm, the bridge width is 19 mm, and the temple length is 140 mm.

You can use our virtual try-on tool, refer to the inscription on a pair of glasses you already own, or come try our pairs in-shop.
Temple length
You can visit the CHANEL Boutique of your choice or an authorised CHANEL eyewear retailer to receive a personalised fitting for your frame.
Delivery
All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and can be delivered to locations in India only. We are unable to make deliveries to locations outside of India.
CHANEL offers complimentary standard delivery on all orders across India. Orders are delivered in 2-7 working days depending on the pincode.
Returns
You can return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for fragrance & beauty products and within 30 days from date of delivery for eyewear.

Please ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then please pack the unused products with all original packaging before returning to the arranged carrier.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.
