HOW TO USE

I am extremely disappointed with my CHANEL Online Boutique experience. I placed this order for my wedding, one of the most important days of my life, and I never received the parcel. The order was supposed to be delivered to my address in Venus, Romania, but the tracking information showed a delivery scan/location in Constanta, a completely different city, around two hours away from my address. I repeatedly contacted CHANEL, explained that the order was urgently needed for my wedding, and provided the signed non-receipt statement requested by CHANEL. Despite this, no urgent replacement was arranged and no practical solution was provided. The way this situation was handled made an already stressful moment so much worse. Instead of feeling supported by a luxury brand, I felt ignored and dismissed. This affected what should have been one of the happiest and most beautiful days of my life. I had much higher expectations from CHANEL. I expected care, urgency, professionalism, and responsibility. Instead, I was left without the products I paid for and without the support I needed. I am still asking CHANEL to do the right thing and urgently resend or replace my order.

Absolutely love this cream! I have been using it as my day cream every morning nonstop for at least 3 years now. I have oily-dry combination skin and the cream absorbs fast, hydrates my skin and doesn't leave any residue or messes with my makeup.

CAMELLIA water cream is pleasant face cream with a light delicate aroma, but most importantly, my skin looks younger! The effect of the cream is noticeable after the first application. I recommend to anyone whose skin looks tired.

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
