This power is backed by the presence of zinc PRÉCISPHÈRES™, an exclusive technology patented** by CHANEL Research. Encapsulated in PRÉCISPHÈRES™, zinc is released to mattify skin, only when and where it is needed.

Please return the products in their original packing, along with the packing list, and drop the package to assigned CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutiques. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.

Please note that returns will only be accepted at assigned CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutiques.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Please note, chanel.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund.
