what are my delivery options ?

All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and can be delivered to locations in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR only.

CHANEL offers the following delivery options:

Standard Complimentary Delivery for orders above HKD 500. For orders below HKD 500, shipping fee of HKD 30 will be applied.

Some remote areas including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc) will require additional 1 delivery day.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

Please return the products in their original packing, along with the packing list, and drop the package to assigned CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutiques. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.

Please note that returns will only be accepted at assigned CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutiques.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Please note, chanel.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund.
