INSPIRATION

In 1918, Gabrielle Chanel set up her couture house at 31 rue Cambon, uniting the Haute Couture ateliers, Gabrielle Chanel's apartment and the creation studio all in one location. The building, which became her place of refuge in the heart of Paris, boasts a majestic staircase lined with mirrors affording a diffracted view of the happenings below. This is where Gabrielle Chanel liked to sit, perched at the top of the stairs, so she could observe her shows unseen. An iconic address that remains a symbol of the CHANEL style and its timeless elegance.

CHANEL offers the following delivery option: Standard Delivery.

Hong Kong S.A.R.: Delivery within 2-3 days (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 19:00, excluding Public Holidays)
Some remote areas including Islands - Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island and Lamma Island will require additional 1 delivery day.
Macau S.A.R.: Delivery within 4-5 days (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 19:00, excluding Public Holidays)

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Please note, chanel.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund.
