Every year, the CHANEL studio introduces seven collections of eyewear:

Four collections of eyeglasses and sunglasses are available in our CHANEL Fashion Boutique (sunglasses only) and at authorized CHANEL eyewear retailers (eyeglasses and sunglasses).
Three sunglass collections called Runway (because they go with the Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer, Fall-Winter, and Cruise collections) are only available in our CHANEL Fashion Boutique.

Every pair of CHANEL glasses is a fragile piece made with special materials. Therefore, you need to care for each type of frame in a particular way. There are general care instructions in a booklet that comes with your glasses.

For special materials like leather and pearls, ask for advice in a CHANEL Boutique, an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer, or contact us by telephone at (852) 3622 5288, Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

CHANEL eyewear is made in Italy.

There is no Goods & Services Tax (GST) when making purchase in Hong Kong and Macau.

Please note that regulations and procedures on tax refunds vary depending on the country of purchase.

We invite you to bring the product you wish to exchange to the CHANEL Boutique of your choice Store Locator in the country of purchase, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt and authenticity card (for leather goods).

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange it in Hong Kong Macau. If you do not exchange the product within the original country of purchase, Contact us for more details on our international exchange policy.

For eyewear purchased at an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer, please contact the retailer for their terms and conditions.

We invite you to bring the product and store receipt to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product to the original location, contact the CHANEL Boutique of your choice or an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer. You can find a complete list in the Store Locator section.

An invoice is issued for each purchase. CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.

Authentication of products is not a service offered by CHANEL. Authenticity is only guaranteed if the product has been purchased from a CHANEL Boutique or from an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer, of which you can find an exhaustive list in our Store Locator section.

We kindly ask that you provide us with the contact information for the vendor (name and place of sale, whether it is a store or a website) so that we can verify if it is CHANEL authorized and consider appropriate actions to address any counterfeiting activities. You can provide us with this information by filling out the Contact us form on our website. If you have filed a complaint against the seller, we are available to assist the authorities with any information regarding the nature of the product in question.

Please be aware that despite our ongoing efforts against websites selling counterfeit products, the Internet remains a significant channel for the spread of such goods. Therefore, to avoid the risk of encountering counterfeits, we recommend purchasing CHANEL products only from CHANEL Boutiques and authorized CHANEL websites and retailers.
