Care and repair services
CHANEL or CHANEL-authorised expert watchmakers provide an estimate for the maintenance services and repairs needed to preserve your timepiece.
After each operation, your watch is completely cleaned and meticulously inspected to ensure that the service performed meets our quality standards.
Express in-store services
CHANEL or CHANEL-authorised expert watchmakers can carry out certain express services at a selection of CHANEL boutiques (demagnetisation of the watch, checking the water resistance of the watch, etc.).

Any service or repair that has not been carried out by a CHANEL watch workshop or CHANEL-authorised watch workshop exposes your watch to the risk of serious damage that is not covered by the International Guarantee. The same applies to replacement parts that do not correspond to the criteria specified by CHANEL.
For all work carried out on your watch while under warranty, you must present your CHANEL warranty card for each specific piece.
