As a first step of the skincare ritual, LE LIFT Lotion is essential for helping to maintain the skin's moisture barrier so that it can receive the full benefits offered by LE LIFT products. LE LIFT Lotion is a gentle fluid with a gel-in-water texture that is perfectly compatible with the skin. It instantly leaves skin feeling more comfortable and helps to deliver a plumping effect. With continued use, skin appears smoother, firmer and more luminous, and its texture appears refined.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
The LE LIFT Lotion formula is composed of 93% naturally derived ingredients*. - Botanical alfalfa concentrate: the signature active ingredient of the LE LIFT line is extracted from an ancestral plant known for its unique remineralising properties. It is grown organically in France and transformed into an active ingredient in the CHANEL laboratories. HOW TO USE
Every morning and evening, apply LE LIFT Lotion after removing makeup and cleansing. Using your fingertips or a cotton pad, smooth from the centre of the face outwards and over the neck.
By providing balance, hydration and comfort, the lotion prepares the skin to receive the benefits of the next steps of skincare products.
Follow with the other products from the LE LIFT range: the Crème Yeux, the Sérum and the Crème or Crème de Nuit.

what are your return / exchange policies ?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please firstly complete the online returns form here and pack your item(s) carefully in original or appropriate alternative packaging. If you wish to cancel your return, please contact CHANEL Client Care team at +44 (0) 203 943 5555.
DPD drop-off - see your nearest DPD drop-off location.
• If you select the printed label method, please print and attach the return label to the outside of your parcel.
• If you opt for the QR code method, simply show your QR code email to the DPD store assistant who will print your postage label.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event that your order was delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
