INSPIRATION
In 1921, Ernest Beaux composed the legendary N°5 for Coco Chanel. The very next year, he presented a variation with a delicately worked accord that leaves a caressing trail. N°22, like 1922, the year of its creation, resonates like an absolute of femininity.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in the United Kingdom (exclusions apply). CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary Next Day Delivery, unless specified at checkout.
CHANEL offers the following delivery options; Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Nominated Day Delivery, Saturday Delivery and Click & Collect service from our London boutiques.

what are your return / exchange policies ?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please firstly complete the online returns form here and pack your item(s) carefully in original or appropriate alternative packaging. If you wish to cancel your return, please contact CHANEL Client Care team at +44 (0) 203 943 5555.
DPD drop-off - see your nearest DPD drop-off location.
• If you select the printed label method, please print and attach the return label to the outside of your parcel.
• If you opt for the QR code method, simply show your QR code email to the DPD store assistant who will print your postage label.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for refund, even if unused. Please include all complimentary samples and gifts, including charms, when returning your order. Complimentary samples that are part of the Try Before You Commit offer can be excluded.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event that your order was delayed, lost or damaged in transit.

OMG! I have just received my bottle, and it was a huge risk as a blind buy. It hasn't even finished developing yet and I'm in love! For some reason I don't get the fizz, just powdery and soapy, but oh so creamy and smooth. It's pure heaven, a true masterpiece and soooo feminine. I can't stop smelling my arm! Very well blended and I think this is the most elegant of them all! This to me has more Chanel DNA than any other Chanel. It's exquisite! Makes me feel on top of the world and so special. Yes it is expensive, and especially for me as I only work part time, but I'm addicted and will throw everything I have at a 200ml bottle when this has gone. It works so well with my skin chemistry. I can't compare it at all to the original no 5 (which I find dry, bitter and dusty). I can't really pick out individual flowers because it's so well blended. Boy it's rich too, this will be a real head turner for sure!
