CHANEL introduces a new richness to the daily cleansing routine with a collection of simple and effective makeup removers and cleansers. These universal creations are dedicated to all women and skin types, and offer the most exquisite makeup removal.
The high tolerance formula of L’EAU MICELLAIRE is recommended for all skin types, and particularly sensitive skin. In a single step, it removes makeup and cleanses the skin while respecting skin pH levels thanks to a prebiotic molecule. Its micelles capture and eliminate makeup - even long-lasting makeup - impurities, UV filters and pollutants.
Ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested on all skin types and particularly on sensitive ones.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
At the heart of its formula, L’EAU MICELLAIRE associates two marine plant extracts to cleanse the skin while preserving its essential functions.
- Blue micro-algae remove pollutants.
- Marine Salicornia extract moisturises and strengthens the skin.
In addition, its formula is enriched with a prebiotic molecule that stimulates the microbiome's natural defences to protect and rebalance the skin's ecosystem.
HOW TO USE
Use every evening to remove makeup and cleanse the skin. Use every morning to cleanse and refresh the skin.
1. Dispense 4 pumps of L'EAU MICELLAIRE onto a cotton pad.
2. Gently smooth the cotton pad moistened with L’EAU MICELLAIRE onto face, neck and lips. Repeat the gesture until the cotton pad is clean.
3. Continue with another cotton pad for the eyelids and eyelashes. If needed, leave the cotton pad for a few seconds on the eyelashes, then wipe off the lashes starting at the root.
4. Wipe off the lips with a moistened cotton pad.

what are my delivery options ?
GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days
• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• Delivery to ParcelShop or Locker, close to the recipient's home. Once the parcel has been dropped off, the recipient receives an email or SMS (Finnish telephone only) or postal mail (depending on information available and transmitted by the sender) alerting him to the address of the ParcelShop/Locker, opening hours and collection methods (identity document if ParcelShop, collection code if Locker, etc.).
Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email. The recipient will receive this email once the package has been scanned on the FR Exit Hub and will have the possibility to change the delivery options until the package arrives in Finland. Once the parcel has been integrated into the GLS Finland network, it is no longer possible for him to change the delivery options.

what are your return policies ?
You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
