The red camellia is a flower unlike any other and the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. A flower with revitalising powers, whose extraordinary energy gives it perennial youth. CHANEL Research has harnessed its exceptional properties to create N°1 DE CHANEL, a new holistic, anti-aging beauty line that is driven by an eco-responsible approach and features skincare, makeup and a fragrance mist.

Concentrated with red camellia extract and oil as well as AHAs, including hibiscus flower acids, the N°1 DE CHANEL mask gently exfoliates skin, leaving it with a more even, refined appearance.
Its fresh gel formula contains 93%(1) naturally derived ingredients and 55% camellia-derived ingredients. Visibly energised, smoother and more supple, skin radiates a youthful glow.

Concentrated with red camellia extract and hibiscus flower acids, the revitalising mask smooths the complexion, diminishes the appearance of fine lines and reduces the visibility of pores.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

The camellia is showcased in all its forms at the heart of N°1 DE CHANEL, the new anti-aging beauty line.
- Red camellia extract is the active ingredient at the heart of the N°1 DE CHANEL line.
- Red camellia oil delivers comfort to the skin.
The revitalising mask is also formulated with natural AHAs (citric and tartaric), including acids derived from hibiscus flowers, and works to reduce the visibility of pores, smooth the complexion and diminish the appearance of fine lines.

N°1 DE CHANEL is an environmentally conscious beauty line. Housed in eco-designed packaging, formulas contain up to 97% naturally derived ingredients(1) and 76% camellia-derived ingredients. They have been tested on all skin types.

HOW TO USE

Use once or twice a week. Apply a thin layer of the mask to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
Gently rub into the skin.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water.
The skin feels prepared for the other N°1 CHANEL products, including the N°1 DE CHANEL serum and N°1 DE CHANEL cream.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• Delivery to ParcelShop or Locker, close to the recipient's home. Once the parcel has been dropped off, the recipient receives an email or SMS (Finnish telephone only) or postal mail (depending on information available and transmitted by the sender) alerting him to the address of the ParcelShop/Locker, opening hours and collection methods (identity document if ParcelShop, collection code if Locker, etc.).

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email. The recipient will receive this email once the package has been scanned on the FR Exit Hub and will have the possibility to change the delivery options until the package arrives in Finland. Once the parcel has been integrated into the GLS Finland network, it is no longer possible for him to change the delivery options.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
