ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

The camellia is showcased in all its forms at the heart of the N°1 DE CHANEL line.
The red camellia oil in the foundation helps keep skin comfortable and moisturised throughout the day.

N°1 DE CHANEL is an environmentally conscious beauty line. The foundation formula contains 97% naturally derived ingredients(1) and several of its packaging components are recyclable(2). Additionally, it is cellophane-free and does not come with a leaflet, and the ink used on the bottle is organic(3).

HOW TO USE

Before applying the foundation, prep skin with the N°1 DE CHANEL serum followed by the cream. No wait time is needed between products.
Dispense a few drops of foundation onto the back of your hand. Then, working from the center of the face outwards, tap it onto the T-zone, nose, and chin with your fingertips.
For a sophisticated look, pick up the foundation with the TOUCH-UP FACE BRUSH N°104 and apply it from the center of the face outwards. To finish applying, gently pat the product into the skin.

Redesigned with tomorrow in mind, every element has been optimized to minimize waste. All plastic has been eliminated. DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• Delivery to ParcelShop or Locker, close to the recipient's home. Once the parcel has been dropped off, the recipient receives an email or SMS (Finnish telephone only) or postal mail (depending on information available and transmitted by the sender) alerting him to the address of the ParcelShop/Locker, opening hours and collection methods (identity document if ParcelShop, collection code if Locker, etc.).

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the possibility to give new delivery instructions, among the available options, from the link contained in the email. The recipient will receive this email once the package has been scanned on the FR Exit Hub and will have the possibility to change the delivery options until the package arrives in Finland. Once the parcel has been integrated into the GLS Finland network, it is no longer possible for him to change the delivery options.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country and in English.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
