Description

Particularly soft and plush cotton pads, presented in a CHANEL box. In perfect harmony with the skin, they deliver all the benefits of cleansers and toners. For the ultimate touch of refinement, each cotton pad is embossed with the double C logo. Box of 100 pads.

Benefits

In perfect harmony with the skin, LE COTON is lint-free. It delicately and efficiently delivers the benefits of toners and cleansers directly to the skin. With LE COTON, makeup removal becomes more gentle and more effective.

Active ingredients

LE COTON is produced using natural methods and only pure water. It is composed of three layers woven from the fibers of three precious cottons:
- The outer fillings are made of Egyptian cotton, the most luxurious cotton with supreme comfort.
- The inner filling is composed of lightly entwined elastic fibers made of Texan cotton and Australian cotton, renowned for their softness and plush feel.

Application ritual

With a cleansing milk or toner: moisten LE COTON with product, then sweep over the skin.
With DÉMAQUILLANT YEUX INTENSE: moisten LE COTON with product, then sweep over eyelids to remove makeup. Repeat on lashes: hold the moistened cotton pad on the lashes for a few seconds, then glide from roots to tips. Use a second pad for the other eye.

What are my delivery options ?

Orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are processed by the CHANEL teams and shipped to Sweden only.

Delivery options:

Standard Delivery (99 SEK, complimentary over 500 SEK)

TNT Delivery Monday to Friday - within 4 to 6 business days (depending on your postcode).You will receive by email and SMS a delivery date notification directly from TNT. If you wish to reschedule, you may select an alternative delivery date. In case of absence, you will be invited to arrange a new delivery.

Express delivery (119 SEK, complementary over 500 SEK)
BRING Delivery Monday to Friday - within 2 to 3 business days (depending on your postcode).
You will receive by SMS a 3-hour time slot proposal for your delivery, directly from BRING. To be delivered, you will have to confirm the time slot or reschedule an alternative delivery date. In case of absence, you will be invited to arrange a new delivery. In addition to advanced notification, the driver always calls 30 - 60 minutes prior to delivery.

Order collection from all CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques (Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö)
Pick-up available in boutique same day for orders placed before 3p.m. on business days.
You will receive a SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day & all orders will require a signature on delivery.

What are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,
along with the return form :

Via Bring collecting points to CHANEL Online Boutique - Client Care Center, Mäster Samuelsgatan 3, 111 44 Stockholm, along with the Return Form provided in the delivery package or downloaded from the CHANEL Online Boutique, in the section "My Account / My Orders" by clicking on the "Return" section;

In store in one of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Sweden only (list available on chanel.se in the Store Locator section)  , along with the Return Form provided in the delivery package or downloaded from the CHANEL Online Boutique, in the section "My Account / My Orders" by clicking on the "Return" section.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlets that sell CHANEL products, in Sweden or abroad.

For Click and Collect: by returning the Product(s) to one of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Sweden only (list available on chanel.se in the Store Locator section).

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
