DAZZLING FEATHERWORK:

Over a period of nearly 200 hours, the plumassiers of Lemarié in Paris arranged and hand-appliqued this featherwork onto a body-skimming long organza dress in a silhouette that sculpted the form.

GLISTENING BUTTONS:

INSIDE THE DESRUES ATELIERS

In the ateliers of the Métiers d'art House of Desrues, the scarab beetle, cast in a gold seemingly burnished by time, was forged into buttons and added to this season's rendition of the iconic CHANEL tweed suit. As the season's leitmotif, the scarab punctuated the collection on belt buckles, earrings and minaudières.
