Nestled inside a travel pouch in the signature red colour of N°1 DE CHANEL, the 15 ml eye serum and 30 ml serum form the N°1 DE CHANEL duo, which preserves the youthful appearance of the face and eye area.
The duo is formulated with ingredients selected by CHANEL Research that work at the very heart of the skin:
Red camellia extract reinvigorates the skin and helps to protect it from oxidative stress.
An oligopeptide revives the youthful appearance of skin.
The ritual comprises two steps, for an eye area and skin that appear youthfully radiant.

After 19 years of studying camellias, CHANEL Research has brought to light the extraordinary power of red camellia extract, obtained using a three-step extraction process: the petals first undergo cold fragmentation, and their antioxidant properties are then released through hydrofusion. Finally, the resulting solution is purified.
Red camellia extract, which has a high concentration of protocatechuic acid, reinvigorates the skin and helps to protect it from oxidative stress, to preserve its youthful appearance.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it at a post office.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
