This product is very disappointing and seems flawed. i have had the same bleu de chanel eau de parfum before but the one i got this time seems flawed. the smell is very weak and does not stay. i tried the sample perfume that came with it and the smell stayed on my clothes days after. but the bleu de chanel this time does mot have a smell at all. im very disappointed and think the product is actually faulty.

What are my delivery options ?

TNT Home delivery within 3 to 6 business days (80DKK, complimentary over 400 DKK)

Delivery Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm

You will receive by email and SMS a delivery date notification directly from TNT.

If you wish to reschedule, you may select an alternative delivery date or modify delivery adress

In case of absence, you will receive a message inviting you to arrange a new delivery.

What are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging,along with the return form via Bring collecting points to CHANEL, along with the Return Form provided in the delivery package or downloaded from the CHANEL Online Boutique, in the section "My Account / My Orders" by clicking on the "Return" section. You can find the list of collection points on www.bring.dk/kort.
In your package, CHANEL provides a prepaid shipping label to be attached directly on your return parcel before depositing it in a BRING collecting point
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
