L’Huile-en-Gel de Démaquillage provides your skin with a moment of relaxation pause in an unctuous and surprising texture that transforms when massaged. In contact with the skin’s warmth, the gel becomes a luxurious oil. Then, in contact with water, the oil turns into an incredibly delicate milk.
A light silky veil leaves the skin perfectly cleansed, soft, soothed and incredibly luminous. Emanating a sensation of comfort and well-being.

HOW TO APPLY

Morning and/or evening.
1- Apply a pea-sized drop of SUBLIMAGE L’Huile-en-Gel de Démaquillage to the face, eyes and neck.
2- Massage in small circular movements until the gel transforms into a luxurious oil.
3- Remove eye makeup, from root of lashes to tips.
4- Work up a lather with water: the oil transforms into a silky milk. Apply light circular motions to remove all traces of makeup.
5- Rinse thoroughly with cool water.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
