CHANEL cultivates and reacclimates this wild plant in an open-sky laboratory. A natural ingredient, a true radiance carrier, is extracted from it to reveal a perfectly even complexion. The skincare formula is also enriched with the antioxidant properties of intense Vanilla Planifolia water to hydrate and protect the skin by helping it withstand urban stress.

KEY INGREDIENTS

. Anthyllis extract (“soft flower” in Greek) comes from a wild Alpine plant capable of thriving in a hostile environment, as long as it is bathed in light. This plant was reacclimated by CHANEL in an open-sky laboratory in the French Southern Alps.
. Intense Vanilla Planifolia water is extracted from the green fruit of the iconic plant of SUBLIMAGE. By moisturizing the skin, it acts like a natural shield against aging and the environment.

HOW TO APPLY

. Apply SUBLIMAGE L'Essence Lumière to cheeks, forehead and neck.
. Use both hands to smooth from the center of face outward.
. On the left side of face, use both hands to alternately smooth outward from the following areas (x 2): middle of forehead to temple, nose to ear, corner of lips to angle of jaw and tip of chin to ear. Then, work down to collarbone.
. Repeat these steps on the right side of the face.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
