KEY INGREDIENTS

Solidago extract, from the Latin for “I consolidate,” is an exclusive ingredient derived from a wild plant reacclimated by CHANEL Research in an open-sky laboratory in the southern French Alps.
Intense Vanilla Planifolia water, extracted from the “green diamond” of SUBLIMAGE, enriches the formula with its beneficial virtues.

HOW TO APPLY

Use SUBLIMAGE L’Essence Fondamentale like a serum, morning and/or evening, before SUBLIMAGE La Crème or SUBLIMAGE L’Extrait de Crème.
To restore harmony to the face, CHANEL developed a unique application technique for SUBLIMAGE L’Essence Fondamentale that stimulates all the anchor points: those of the face but also those of the scalp.
1. Before application: place the fingers at the hairline and press upwards to the top of the head (x4).
Then repeat on the sides of the head, starting from the back of the temples toward the top of the head. Finally, repeat this movement from the back of the ears to the back of the head.
2. The application: apply SUBLIMAGE L’Essence Fondamentale to cheeks, forehead and neck. With two hands, smooth over the face, from the center outwards.
3. After application: with fingers together, apply gradual pressure for a few seconds on the five points indicated: on the top of the forehead and at temples toward the top of the head, in front and behind the ears toward the back of the head.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?

You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

If you do not use this prepaid label, shipping will be at your expense.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for payment within 14 days of receipt of the products or after you have provided proof of shipment. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
