Formulated with the same concentration of red camellia extract as the serum, the N°1 DE CHANEL serum-in-mist is a bi-phase face mist that helps to keep the skin looking youthful. Its formula contains 97% naturally derived ingredients(1) and 40% camellia-derived ingredients. Enriched with red camellia oil and refreshing camellia water, it delivers comfort and radiance to the skin.

HOW TO APPLY

Use the N°1 DE CHANEL serum-in-mist either under or over makeup to refresh the skin and to helps to protect it from external aggressors, whenever you need it: while travelling, during a flight, before a dinner...

Shake the face mist to mix the bi-phase formula.
Close your eyes and apply the serum-in-mist to the face, spraying twice in a horizontal motion and twice in a vertical motion.

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
