The red camellia is a flower unlike any other and the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. A flower with revitalizing powers, whose extraordinary energy gives it perennial youth.
CHANEL Research has harnessed its exceptional properties to create a new generation of products, including skincare, makeup, and a fragrance mist.
At the core of the N°1 DE CHANEL beauty line, red camellia extract targets stage N°1 of the skin aging process, working to help prevent and reduce the appearance of the 5 signs of aging. After applying the N°1 DE CHANEL skincare ritual, wrinkles appear diminished, pores are visibly refined, and the skin's elasticity is improved. It feels more comfortable and glows with vitality.
Concentrated with red camellia extract and red camellia oil, the N°1 DE CHANEL cream contains 95% naturally derived ingredients(1) and 70% camellia-derived ingredients. This velvety cream visibly smooths wrinkles and leaves the skin soft and radiant. It helps to protect against external aggressors, for skin that radiates a youthful glow.
The serum and cream work in perfect synergy; the skin feels protected from external aggressors (+66%(2)) and pollution (+87%(2)). With continued use, it looks more beautiful (+49%(3)).

HOW TO APPLY
To visibly maintain the skin's youthful glow for longer, apply the N°1 DE CHANEL revitalizing cream to the face, neck, and décolleté every morning and evening by dabbing it on with your fingertips.
Using the palms of your hands, smooth from the jawline up to the ears, from the sides of the nose to the ears, from the center of the forehead to the temples, and, finally, from the ears down to the décolleté. The skin is left ready for the other N°1 CHANEL products, including the foundation and the lip and cheek balm.

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.
Delivery options are:

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products
Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.
Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?
You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
