The N°1 DE CHANEL lotion is a skincare product for the face and décolleté enriched with red camellia extract and camellia water. Its formula contains 99% naturally derived ingredients and 48% camellia-derived ingredients. HOW TO APPLY
CHANEL has developed a specific application technique to optimize the effect of the N°1 DE CHANEL lotion and visibly plump the skin.
To open your bottle, gently turn the Twist and Slide cap counter-clockwise.
Warm up a few drops of the face lotion between your hands.
Then, smooth over the entire face from the center outwards, avoiding the eye area.
Continue by pressing the lotion into the cheeks, forehead, and chin.
Complete the ritual with the other N°1 DE CHANEL skincare products: the eye cream, serum, and cream.

what are your return / exchange policies ?
You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:
Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.
Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
