The red camellia is a flower unlike any other and the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. A flower with revitalizing powers, whose extraordinary energy gives it perennial youth.
CHANEL Research has harnessed its exceptional properties to create a new generation of products, including skincare, makeup, and a fragrance mist.
At the core of the N°1 DE CHANEL line, red camellia extract targets stage N°1 of the skin aging process by helping to prevent and reduce the appearance of the 5 signs of aging. After applying the N°1 DE CHANEL skincare ritual(1), wrinkles appear diminished, pores are visibly refined, and the skin's elasticity is improved. It feels more comfortable and glows with vitality.
The N°1 DE CHANEL revitalizing essence lotion is a skin-perfecting product for the face and décolleté enriched with red camellia extract. Its frosty-hued formula contains 96% naturally derived ingredients(2) and 47% camellia-derived ingredients. Immediately after application, skin appears plump and radiates a youthful glow. The complexion looks more even and luminous.

Benefits
Enriched with a "petal-clear complex," which is concentrated in red camellia extract and niacinamide, the revitalizing essence lotion revives the skin's youthful appearance and radiance. Skin looks luminous and plump, imperfections appear diminished, and the complexion is visibly more even.
Immediately after application, skin feels more comfortable (+37%(1)).
After one month, wrinkles appears less visible (-19%(2)) and pores are visibly refined (-19%(2)). The skin's elasticity is improved (+8%(2)) and it looks more radiant (+14%(2)).

They are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and are housed in packaging that has been designed with sustainability in mind.

HOW TO APPLY
CHANEL has developed a massage technique that can be used when applying the N°1 DE CHANEL essence lotion in order to maximize its effect.
Apply the revitalizing essence lotion after the N°1 DE CHANEL lotion and before the N°1 DE CHANEL serum.
Prior to application, perform stretching movements on the forehead lines, eye area, and smile lines.
Apply the product to the entire face, smoothing outwards.
Next, use your thumbs and index fingers to perform twisted pinching movements, first from the jaw up to the ears, then from the corners of the mouth to the ears, and finally from the sides of the nose to the ears. Repeat these pinching movements on the décolleté.
Complete the ritual by following with the other N°1 DE CHANEL skincare products: the eye cream and serum.

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.
Delivery options are:

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products
Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.
Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?
You may return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Simply complete the return form attached to your package and send us the products in its original packaging. You can also inform us of your desire to return all or part of your order before returning the products by indicating the items and quantities returned, your name, mailing address, order number and if possible phone number and email address. In any case, the products must be returned within this period of 30 days. CHANEL puts at your disposal in your package a prepaid transport label allowing you to return your parcel without cost. Apply directly on your return package before depositing it at a post office and sending it to the following address:

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed can not be subject to a retraction. If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the payment method used for payment within 14 days of receipt of the products or after you have provided proof of shipment. The refund will not incur any costs on your part.
